Captain Ibrahim Traoré’s Address to the people of Ouahigouya (Yaagda)
Captain Ibrahim Traoré electrified the worldwide community and many subsequent social media platforms with his live-streamed speech to the people of Ouahigouya, in Ouahigouya Burkina Faso, on July 16, 2026. He gave this speech to encourage the people of Burkina and Africa as a whole to wake up and take part in the revolution happening right now for Africa’s ultimate sovereignty.
He explained the historical context of this African revolution we are waging, going back to colonial, imperial invasions from both Arab-led and European-led terrorists, and he deplored the ongoing betrayal of African terrorists who betray Africa because they are beset by “Stockholm’s Syndrome.”
As many know, Stockholm’s syndrome is a psychological and emotional trauma bonding response wherein abused people develop a strong and irrational sense of allegiance and loyalty to their abusers. While it may develop as a survival mechanism in situations where escape is impossible, it becomes a disorder when the victims’ reality becomes so distorted that they see their abusers as their benefactors or saviors. In the context of our article and Africa’s fight for revolution, we can also call this syndrome the “House Negro syndrome” because Africans have developed an irrational attachment and admiration for the very people who invaded them, murdered them, violated them, and enslaved them.
Captain Ibrahim Traoré also made shocking revelations of insidious betrayals from within Africa as well as ongoing colonial tactics imperial nations are using right now against African people to keep us enslaved. He urged his listeners in Ouahigouya and all over the world to take heed of his revolutionary call and join the resistance against imperial terrorism.
Truly, his speech felt like a mesmerizing history and psychology lesson at the same time. He shed light on the psychology of colonizers who use terror as a way to inspire fear in African people and to prevent them from revolting against their oppressors. He gave the example of what happened when Burkina Faso cut all diplomatic ties with France. Animated by rage, vengeance, and hubris, they ordered their terrorist mercenaries to commit genocidal attacks in villages such as Gayéri, Solhan, and Séba, murdering innocent women, men, and children in the night.
It is amazing that we hear this kind of news every day, but we don’t bat an eye. In fact, the next day, when the same French government puts on a show and sends community organizations or NGOs into our countries, we welcome them with open arms. The same people who are murdering our people are the same ones we embrace because we still see them as “good white saviors.” Again, this level of cognitive dissonance is due to the House Negro Syndrome that plagues so many Africans today.
Captain Ibrahim Traoré identifies this syndrome as a curse, and he uses it to describe the Black traitorous reporters who are prepped in advance by Western governments to circulate their lies on live TV. (i.e., Yousra Elbagir, a Sudanese reporter who recently depicted Burkina Faso’s fight for sovereignty as a trivial power grab against Western democracy). For instance, in the specific example of the French government, the Captain notes that when he chased their army out of Burkina, they planned a series of massacres with the hope that the casualties would be so enormous that it would further justify their presence in Burkina Faso. They prepped their journalists ahead of time so they could deliver this “sad news” to the world. However, to their utmost surprise, the Captain and his troops crushed those terrorists and sent them packing.
This really hurt France’s ego because their Machiavellian plan was to create the problem, and then justify their presence thanks to the “undeniable proof” of the problem’s existence. In other words, if Burkina had a terrorist problem they couldn’t neutralize, was it really safe or judicious for Burkina to ask the French army to pack up and leave the country? The only way to prove to the public and the rest of the international community that Burkina needed the French army was to attack the people where they expected it least in order to “confirm their lies.” And these lies, mind you, are internationally corroborated by their representatives in their European Union meetings and endless conferences on how to solve the ‘problem of Africa.’
For instance, Captain Ibrahim hinted at an unnamed European diplomat who recently made false reports at an international conference to justify their presence in Africa. He may have been referring to a certain Christophe Gomart who took the stage of the European parliament on June 18th, 2026 to give an intentionally deceptive report on Burkina Faso’s fight against terrorism. He depicted Burkina’s fight for sovereignty as a failed attempt against Islamist jihadism, even though the last 4 years have been marked by successive victories as the Burkinabè government and its soldiers continue to reconquer lands and villages that had been previously infested by African, Western, and Middle Eastern terrorists.
Of course, that’s not what France or the rest of the European Union want to hear since they were previously mining gold, uranium, and many other resources in Burkina. Still, Gomart’s attempt to spread disinformation and poison public opinion was rendered null, and it led to a swift reprisal of the Burkinabese government: the immediate closing of the French embassy in Ouagadougou.
In light of these events, Captain Ibrahim Traoré expressed that Africans and Black people as a whole must urgently wake up to what’s happening around us. The world is currently ruled by people who loathe Black people and will stop at nothing to kill us and undermine our progress simply to satisfy their greed and corrupt ambitions.
It seems that European and Middle Eastern imperial forces alike are unable to imagine what their identities could be without the presence of Black people. Instead of trying to evolve and develop their higher qualities as humans, they choose to debase themselves and act as power-hungry, genocidal, inhumane beasts whose only purpose in life is to colonize others and die miserably in pools of stolen wealth. Clearly, they are themselves enslaved by their illogical compulsions and thirst for power, which lead them to commit the worst atrocities against Black people while simultaneously presenting themselves as our saviors. As the Maakheru puts it:
The slave master himself is nothing but a victim of this system who is too far lost in his vicious search for glory (44).
Yet, instead of recognizing that this Jekyll and Hyde disorder is a disturbing form of mental illness that colonizers exhibit without shame, many Africans still see them as saviors to whom they must submit. Naturally, this is a clear sign of how thoroughly indoctrinated many Africans have become. In fact, our minds are the real battlefield for imperialism, and it’s only because our minds are held captive in foreign ideologies that we continue to see the effects of imperialism on our lands. Hence, Captain Ibrahim Traoré urges us to remember who we are and to remember our history because remembrance is the only way we will be able to free ourselves and end the cycle of enslavement and terror once and for all.
Many may have been surprised that he, as an army captain, would be urging people to return to their historical roots, instead of urging them to arm themselves or to find other more immediate solutions against imperial invasion. But Captain Ibrahim Traoré has always been a wise, lucid voice in the midst of chaotic noise, and he knows what all Indigenous Elders and Wisdom Keepers have been urging Africa’s children to do for more than 2,000 years: Return to our Ancestral roots and Kemetic traditions.
In fact, Neb Naba Lamoussa Morodenibig is one of the Indigenous Elders and Wisdom Keepers of Africa who have been fighting for Africa’s mental and spiritual liberation for decades. He is a world-renowned and celebrated Dogon High Priest as well as a revolutionary cultural activist who has been at the forefront of Burkina Faso’s revolution from the time of Captain Thomas Sankara in the 1980s. He is also known as the Prophet of the Kemetic traditions or the Maakheru of the KEBTAH temples (the Truth Teller) because he came into the world to restore our Ancestral archives and to reclaim and reinstate the Kemetic history that our Ancestors preserved from power-hungry empires (Greece, Rome, Persia, the Ottoman Empire, etc.) that have tried to destroy and distort our history for more than 6,000 years. For the last 44 years, Neb Naba Lamoussa Morodenibig has been working tirelessly for the awakening of the masses, not only in his home country of Burkina Faso, but all over the African continent. Ultimately, he came to reveal truth, speak truth, and disseminate nothing but the truth.
However, what makes his mission unique and therefore very misunderstood by modern Pan-Africanist and Black empowerment movements is his advocacy for all of humanity’s freedom. He believes that Africa’s revolution should, eventually, engulf the whole world because we are all enslaved by the imperial system we live in. As he notes in his seminal book, Philosophy Podium, we are all humans of the Earth with a common human genealogical tree (p.83), and all of us have been taken captive by the imperial system that has been destroying life and committing cyclical genocides against all peoples since the fall of Kemet more than 6,000 years ago.
So, even though the focus of this article is on Black people, I’m also making it a point to claim all the White, Arab, Asians, and other “lighter-beige/brown” skinned peoples who know deep in their hearts that they are Africans, not because of emotional fantasy, but because of real scientific data that has already told humanity what we are still too stubborn to understand: We all come from the Motherland, and once upon a time, we were all Black. If you are not Black today, but you know deep in your heart that you are (and were) Black, and you stand for your Black Ancestors, you are a soldier in this revolution, and we thank you for your devotion to this mission.
Hence, as cultural revolutionaries, all of us should reject the divisive ideologies used to divide and conquer the world. We should also reject foreign-born ideologies that have taken many Black people hostage, leading them to act, not as true heirs of their Ancestral, Kemetic traditions, but as denatured slaves and watchdogs of the modern, imperial, anti-Black system that has been established on the broken back bones of our Ancestors.
That being said, it’s important to retrace the fall of Black people to the fall of Kemet because humanity is thousands and thousands of years old, and we have gone through so many cyclical reversals and tragedies because of our ignorance and barbarism. In fact, we would still be in this state of total darkness if we had not been enlightened by the Gods—in particular, Wsr and Tehuti, who many people erroneously call “Osiris” and “Hermes Trismegistus” today.
But why has this history of humankind been hidden from humans? Why have modern religions taken humanity’s memory hostage? Why has European “scientific” propaganda advocated for the destruction of Ancestral memory preserved in our Ancestors’ thousands-of-years-old archives? Why has the Western religious and scientific community chosen to build its foundations on knowledge that is only 2,000 years old?
Truly, their intellectual hubris results in them constantly checking and re-checking their scientific research (i.e the Earth is round, the Earth is not round, ok no the Earth is round) because they refuse to acknowledge that our Ancestors had already mapped out the mysteries of the Universe through a refined system of Indigenous astrology, which they transmitted to the next generation of scribes and scholars in Kemet’s Mystery Schools. This cycle of intergenerational transmission went on for thousands of years, allowing our Ancestors to build on the research and scientific advances of the generation before—until the colonizers began invading Kemet and systematically shutting down our Kemetic schools. Why? Because of greed and power.
So if we want to understand why human history, and specifically Black people’s history, has been distorted and twisted for so long, we need to understand that we are dealing with a few rotten seeds who have chosen to be vectors of evil, and as a result, they lie to their very last breath to preserve their illusion of being “superior” to us.
But what is this evil they have chosen to carry in their hearts? And can we really say that evil is a race-based problem? Of course not. At the end of the day, everyone does evil. Nonetheless, in the context of Black people’s sovereignty, it’s important to contextualize the fall of Kemet within the original Kemetic cosmogony of our Ancestors. In particular, the “Sacred Drama” is the story of how the figure of “Satan” was born and given permission to introduce his force of evil into the world. For the sake of this article, we won’t go into the whole story today. But the point here is that we cannot understand Africa’s revolution in 2026 unless we understand this original cosmogony because history is cyclical, and humans are doomed to repeat the histories they do not know or do not acknowledge.
The story of the sacred drama is also copied in The Lion King (even though the European writers do not give credit where credit is due). Mufasa is nothing but a representation of Heru (Horus), the God-Son born of the first God-King of Kemet, Wsr, and his wife and Goddess-Queen Aishat (Isis). Likewise, Scar is the representation of Seth, the brother of Wsr. Even though Seth already had his own kingdom and territory, he decides, as the world’s first usurper, to kill his brother Wsr in order to take over his throne and rule his territory as well. Seth then drives the Queen Mother Aishat into hiding, and even tries to kill Heru so that there can be no royal heir to contest his claim to the throne. So Heru has to fight many battles against Seth until he is finally able to reclaim his father’s throne and rule over the kingdom of Kemet as the rightful heir and successor of his father.
Today, we see this same battle playing out in the revolutionary figures of Captain Ibrahim Traoré and the Maakheru, who, as righteous heirs of the God-King Wsr, are simply fighting to reclaim Kemet’s throne from foreign impostors who want to enslave Africa.
In the words of Hatnima Shemzura, the rise of these heroic leaders who are leading Africa’s spiritual awakening, represents the “re-emergence of a divine archetype, one deeply rooted in African cosmology: the warrior-prophet who rises to restore balance. This pattern echoes the legacy of visionaries like Thomas Sankara, whose leadership was as much a spiritual mission as a political one.”
So Why this Revolution, and Why Now?
Returning to Captain Ibrahim Traoré’s speech in Ouahigouya, he also takes the time to explain why we are fighting this war. Given this historical (and Kemetic context), he wants us to understand that all Black people must unite against European and Arab terrorism and imperialism to prevent more bloodshed. In another speech he gave last year, at the 2nd AES Confederation Summit, he called the looming threat of this bloodshed the “Black winter” as it could be a follow-up to the Arab Spring if we do not act quickly and decisively.
Now, seven months later, in Ouahigouya, he came out to mobilize the people and to help them wake up to the reality of what’s at stake in this revolution. First, for those who may wonder why he chose to give this speech in Ouahigouya, he explains:
Why Ouahigouya …What does Ouahigouya mean? To come and bow down. What I’m going to say today marks the beginning of a new way of doing things. And if you agree to move forward with this, those who attack us will come and bow down here in Burkina. But if you don’t understand the significance of my message, tomorrow will not be good.
Everyone cheered him when they heard this, but some may not have noted the somber gravity of his last sentence: If we do not understand the depth of his message, tomorrow will not be good either for us or for our children. If we do not understand the urgency behind this revolution, and why we must all be engaged in this battle for our sovereignty, we will once again experience enslavement, and our children will suffer even more than we are suffering today. However, if we understand what’s at stake, if we understand what Heru stands to lose and to experience if he lets Seth win, each of us will rise to fight for Kemet and for Africa’s ultimate liberation.
He goes on to say:
We embarked on this mission because we believed it was essential for our people to experience joy as well. We must all remain fully aware of the struggle we are engaged in and stay focused. Everyone must understand why we are fighting. We did not wake up one morning and decide to attack anyone. They came to Burkina Faso armed, with the intention of attacking us. That is how this war began, and it has now lasted for more than ten years.
When they first arrived, they did not come carrying sticks and biscuits; they came with weapons, and they killed people. Why are they fighting us? It is because of our wealth—our natural resources and everything beneath our soil. If they can kill us all and seize our land, they will do so. In fact, that is exactly what they are doing. We must be fully conscious of this reality. And to achieve their objectives, they often work through us—through our own brothers and sisters.
Against this bleak backdrop, he sets the scene for the two stories that perfectly illustrate the necessity and urgency behind this revolution. He says:
Let me tell you two stories. Afterward, I will comment on them so that you understand why we must continue this struggle—and, above all, why we must become even more intelligent. The danger before us is serious if we fail to understand what is at stake.
Story One: Biowarfare and the Weaponization of Industrial Chemicals to Poison Black People
He says:
One day, representatives from the intelligence services of a Western country came to meet with us. They offered us four different products that could be mixed into food and distributed in areas where terrorists were operating. These products could be added to all kinds of everyday goods—[beer, sugar, cigarettes, rice, and so on.]
…One of these products was designed to attack the brain, preventing a person from thinking clearly. Little by little, it shuts down your neurons. In short, it makes you intellectually dull. Another targets physical capacity. Someone who was once able to run 12 kilometres might, after a few years, only be able to run six or four. The person gradually becomes weaker. A third induces constant drowsiness.
We listened carefully and then asked for the names of these products. They refused to tell us and eventually left. Before they departed, however, we asked them whether these products had ever been tested elsewhere. Did they actually work? After all, why would we pay for something if there was no proof of its effectiveness? Their proposal was that, by introducing these products into areas where terrorists were present, those individuals would gradually become weaker, making it easier to defeat them within a few years.
They told us that these products had indeed already been used elsewhere—in parts of Africa and in parts of Asia. They said they had used them on several occasions.
Do you know what sent a chill through me? I thought to myself, Africa is screwed. They are already using these products in Africa. Of that, I am certain. Just look at the behaviour of some people—the way some of them react…
He gave examples of different sicknesses that are surfacing in many different African populations, as a result of these acts of insidious biowarfare. With a tinge of humor, he notes how our grandfathers could have 4-5 wives and still be able to satisfy all of them, but today, our young men can’t even satisfy one girlfriend or one wife because of increased sexual dysfunctions that are tied to the foods and chemical products being shipped to Africa.
Then he asks the people: Is it true or is it not true?
The people shout back: It is true!
He chuckles, and says: This is revolution. We do not hide anything. What can be said to save, we must say it. That’s our reality.
He also gave the example of women’s fertility rates steadily declining in Africa, noting issues with giving birth or having more miscarriages as direct results of these biowarfare tactics:
Do you think it is for no reason? Look at certain countries in Africa—you can check the statistics. There are countries that are two, three, even four times larger than Burkina Faso, yet they do not even have the population of Ouagadougou. They are disappearing. Hé, Africa! Aren't we going to wake up? Can't we work for ourselves, feed ourselves, and stop consuming what comes from elsewhere? We don't even know what's in it. But do you know what the greatest tragedy of the African is? ... The Black man rejects his own, yet wants to consume what comes from the White man.
We love consuming foreign products because we want to appear more “civilized” and “evolved” than our Indigenous Elders, whom we deem as shamefully poor, backward, and “savage.” So even though these foreign products are being used to infiltrate, poison, and decimate African people, we consume them gleefully because we have been psychologically neutralized. Even buying local food is becoming an increasingly difficult task for us because, on a national level, we are not producing our own food to sustain ourselves as our Ancestors used to do.
We have been turned into dependent consumers who wait for foreign refineries and laboratories to grow our food and refine our natural resources so we can consume them. Naturally, biowarfare becomes very easy to implement in such a climate.
The solution he gives is simple: we must use our brains to think of all the refineries and transformation factories needed for us to produce and transform our own foods and products. It is the only way to stop importing and consuming foreign products that make us sick and that contain toxic agents we remain blissfully unaware of.
He adds:
They have been trying to exterminate us for a long time. Are you aware of that? They came—first the Arab-Muslim conquests. Africa endured more than a thousand years of slavery. This is a part of our history that people are trying to erase, and many remain unaware of it. They do not know that we endured more than 1,000 years of slavery under the Arabs, and that the last slave market closed in Medina in 1962. Are you pretending not to know, or do you truly not know? There, they castrated the men. The able-bodied men were castrated so that they could no longer father children. Even that was not enough to destroy Africa.
Then the Western powers came. For 400 years, they deported us, forced us to work for them, and killed us in unimaginable ways. Yet Black people continued to resist. So why is it that today we can no longer recognize this? Why can we no longer resist and turn the tide? They traumatized us so deeply and brutalized us so completely that now we love them... we love them more than we love ourselves.
That is the Stockholm syndrome I was talking about. That is the problem. And if we do not become conscious of this, we are lost... we are finished, because they will continue to destroy us one way or another...
Look at the Black man today. He loves those who attacked him yesterday more than he loves himself. There are many among us like that. If you do not know your history, then read it. You will see... no one loves us. We must become conscious of that. But what kind of blindness is it to seek the love of someone who does not love you?
Story Two: Psychological Warfare and the Weaponization of the “House Negro Syndrome”
His question proves painfully rhetorical because his second story reveals the depth of Black people’s self-hatred and ignorance. He starts the story this way:
In 2023, I received a delegation. There was a man in the group—I will call him Daniel—a Frenchman who said to me, "Mr. President, you know... you're ahead of your time. What you want to accomplish, your own people will not understand."
He continued, "Look at Sankara. He was ahead of his time. He wanted to do good, but when Sankara was killed, it passed like a letter in the mail." Those were the exact words he used. "No one reacted. People accepted it. They approved of it. The revolution was over. Who took to the streets to protest Sankara's death?"
I replied, "Yes, but times have changed. That's all."
He answered, "No. Mr. President... the Black man is cursed... Forgive me, but the Black man is cursed. They will never understand what you are trying to do. They will never remain steadfast. You'll see."
Under normal circumstances, if I had not been President, he might have left with a few teeth missing. But instead, I gripped my chair, held my emotions in check, and sat there listening to him. He assured me that you would never understand what I was trying to accomplish, and that the day would come when you yourselves would prove him right...
I thanked him and said goodbye.
You see, I thought about him again not long ago. And why? Because that man works for the DGSE [French foreign intelligence service]. You can see how they have maneuvered everything... they have tried everything. All they want is civil war in Burkina Faso. If you kill one another, they can come, plunder the gold, and leave. It's that simple.
...A certain Emmanuel—perhaps he will hear what I am saying. I know that he and the business advisor have met with many people in artistic circles... to prepare people's minds... and especially people in the communications sector, because their objective is to act no later than August to put an end to our revolution... For a long time, they have manipulated every sensitive issue—ethnicity, religion... Those two issues have always been used to destroy Africa. Look at every war on the continent…
Captain Ibrahim Traoré brings this second story up because of recent Islamist insurrections that took place in Burkina Faso when he imprisoned Imam Kindo and banned other virulent Imams from preaching due to their hate speech in support of Islamist terrorists. Captain Ibrahim Traoré contextualizes these acts of self-betrayal in light of “Daniel’s” social commentary on African people’s invisible “curse.” He asks the audience, are we really cursed as Black people? Was this Daniel guy right in saying that revolutionaries are too often ahead of their people?
For Captain Ibrahim Traoré, it is definitely clear that some of us are cursed, but thankfully, only a minority of us bear this curse. And what is this curse? It’s the curse of the “House Negro Syndrome.”
Case in point, right after the Captain’s livestream was released, a minority of brainwashed African Islamists proved Daniel right. They attacked Captain Ibrahim Traoré online and called for his demise because he was denouncing Islamist genocide in Africa and urging African populations to wake up and regain their sovereignty. How dare he! These African Islamists raged, how dare he ask us to free ourselves?! How dare he ban Islamist Sharia in Burkina?
Maybe what these cursed Africans have in mind is that their crazy, extremist religions should be imposed on the African people, so as to continue destroying our African identity, much in the same way that Arabs have done in Mauritania after invading it and enslaving its Indigenous Black population. Maybe, as cursed House Negroes, they want their Arab masters to implement the same “Blasphemy laws” that Mauritania has enforced on its Indigenous African populations.
Mind you, these blasphemy laws indicate that anyone who renounces Islam as a faith must be sentenced to the death penalty. Just in 2014, they sentenced a Black blogger, Cheikh Ould Mohamed Ould Mkhaitir, to death for criticizing Islam, and it took the uproar of the international community for the sentence to be recanted. Yet, he was still imprisoned for this “crime.” In the 21st century.
This is just one of many horror stories Islamist regimes are imposing on Indigenous African populations around the continent. Islamized terrorists who have successfully installed brutal caliphates on African land continue to spread terror, forcing Africans to give up their Kemetic traditions for fear of death. And who are their most faithful emissaries? As House Negroes, these cursed traitors have chosen enslavement with every bone in their body. So they will stop at nothing to kill Africans in the name of their masters, and they only prove the Captain right in his analysis.
Furthermore, the Captain notes that this certain Daniel used strategic psychological and narrative warfare to spread mass disinformation and incite the Islamized house negroes to violence. Just as they hoped, Captain Ibrahim Traoré then arrested these imams, and the rest of their brainwashed followers went out to protest this arrest. Why? Because it was all part of a bigger, invisible scheme to destabilize Burkina’s social cohesion and trigger civil war by reviving the same fictitious differences used to divide and conquer us for centuries. He explains:
When we arrested him, what happened? People took to the streets too; his so-called supporters took to the streets and social media, stirring up trouble. Law enforcement came out and restored order. But what’s the point of that? That’s the day I remembered Daniel. And I said to myself, “I need to go back and think about everything we discussed. Are we really cursed or not?”... That’s the question I want us to ask ourselves today.
After all, is it not a curse for us Africans to be so easily psychologically manipulated that we turn against ourselves, in the name of foreign gods and foreign ideologies? Meanwhile, the imperial forces that enslave us continue pillaging our resources without too much resistance since we are too busy destroying ourselves. What kind of curse could lead us to become so attached to poverty and enslavement that we find it easier to sustain our bondage than to fight for our sovereignty?
These are the hard questions each and every one of us must sit with. Have we become the tamed and domesticated house negroes that just stand up and do whatever the “massah” demands? Are we really that easy to control? How can it be so easy for a few men in suits to sit behind closed doors on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean and divide Africa so they can better conquer and enslave us?
Have we always been this daft and stupid, or are we becoming progressively more stupid and vapid because of the secret chemical products they put in our food and in the pesticides they ship to us? And are we so idiotic that we believe a simple Google search will confirm that all these fears are simply unfounded conspiracies because the “FDA” has not identified any toxic agent in our foods, or because there is still no “scientific proof” that their chemical agents are destroying our bodies?
In sharing these two chilling stories, Captain Ibrahim Traoré wants us to understand why we cannot let this African revolution fail. Equally important, we cannot let our Ancestors down the way we have done so many times before. The deeper questions Captain Ibrahim Traoré is asking us must ultimately lead us to ask ourselves: who are Africa’s true enemies? Are they visible or invisible? Can we easily point them out in the Europeans, Arabs, and more recently, Chinese imperial forces that are taking over our lands? Or do our real enemies hide behind veils that are even more difficult for the human mind to perceive?
The Mystery of Seth and The Enemy within
In his lecture on the force of Seth and how evil works, The Maakheru says:
The problem we have now as children of a god that dies and resurrects is that…Seth is everywhere…
In other words, evil is everywhere, and it is therefore in all of us as well. The Maakheru notes that we become the “favorable ground for Set” through the psychological and emotional habits we foster and cultivate in our innermost beings. In fact, when we consider the revolution that Africa is fighting, in light of Heru’s battle against Seth, we realize that we are actually in a war against ourselves and our own corruptibility.
In one of the famous battles between Heru and Seth, Seth ejaculates in Heru’s hand, thus defiling him. Heru immediately cuts off his own hand and runs to his mother Aishat for further guidance and healing. But how many of us Africans today are willing to a) cut off the parts of our psyches that have been corrupted and contaminated by evil vices? And b) show enough humility to return to our Divine Mother for healing and cleansing?
Truth is, most of us would recoil at the thought. We would give so many reasons and excuses for why we cannot be too radical with evil, and why we must tolerate evil within ourselves, and why we must not be too rash in our judgement because vices that corrupt us have become so pleasurable to us, and we have grown so comfortable because of them, that we cannot imagine a world without these vices.
Indeed, if the house negro is cursed to be a house negro and to remain one, it’s because he has grown so comfortable in the “master’s” house, taking orders from the “master” without ever having to use his brain to think for himself. He has grown comfortable eating the “master’s” fine cuisine (often cooked by his enslaved mother or grandmother and cultivated by his brothers in the field). He finds great pleasure in sitting like a dog at the feet of his “master” and eating whatever crumbs his “master” deigns give him.
So, when a revolution happens, and his brothers in the fields take up arms to fight against the master and free their wives and daughters who are abused every day by the said master, the house negro experiences a moment of terror and confusion in his spirit because he can only imagine a world where he is enslaved; and the idea of freedom and self-sovereignty actually frightens him. So, he joins his master in fighting against his brothers to ensure that they and his mothers and sisters can continue being enslaved by his beloved master.
Africa’s Real Enemies: Africans Themselves
Clearly, after hearing Captain Ibrahim Traorés two stories, we should understand that our most dangerous enemies are not the ones we see coming to Africa to destroy us. These visible enemies are just a manifestation of the invisible enemies that still plague African minds. The real battle is happening in our own minds every single day. For more than 2,000 years, it’s Africans themselves who have been selling Africa to the highest bidders. We have been our own worst enemies, and we continue to be our own worst enemies. That’s why Captain Ibrahim Traoré kept asking, are we cursed? And every time he gave an example of Africans destroying Africans, one had to wonder if we are indeed cursed.
We can point to the evil outside of our borders, but we are unable to recognize the evil within that causes us to destroy ourselves and to betray each other for meager pieces of gold. As the Captain notes :
They’ve always pitted Black people against Black people… our enemies are among us… Imperialism has no color. It’s everywhere, and we must have the courage to identify it and then fight it.
The presence of foreign invaders on our lands is a direct manifestation of our own corruptibility and inability to eradicate foreign impurities and foreign ideologies from our minds.
We have become the vectors of these foreign diseases (i.e., capitalism, jihadism, Roman Catholicism, imperialism, etc.) because we are attached to these foreign sicknesses that control our psyches. These implanted viruses have turned us into dull, mediocre pawns, entranced and bewitched by “massahs” who only have one goal in mind: the eradication of Black power and the enslavement of Black masses.
Yet, we choose to do their bidding and to destroy ourselves and murder our brothers and abuse our sisters and mothers in any way they ask of us because we have let Heru’s Consciousness die in us. As the Maakheru put it:
Seth has really conquered humanity. Heru must wake up in us. Heru must resuscitate in us. (p. 53).
Until that can happen, we remain trapped in our own cowardly, disordered psychology and dishonest contradictions. We become, in short, the cursed house negroes who sell their brothers and sisters for fear of waking up to their own destiny.
Africa’s Real Enemies: Terrorism from Within
Captain Ibrahim Traoré notes that he too could easily have become a vector of Islamist extremism because foreign governments came to him with a seducing deal:
Many people came to see us, hoping that Burkina would become an Islamic state. Terrorism would come to an end, that is certain. We would have peace. But we would become a rear base, a cancer in the heart of West Africa, used to destabilize the other countries. That is not how I operate. I cannot be manipulated like that. And the moment you show that you cannot be manipulated, you become an enemy...
...Even in Europe, where people are Christians, or in Saudi Arabia, where people are Muslims, do people fight one another or want to kill each other because others are not Muslims?
So why is it that we, as Black people, are ready to kill our own brothers simply because they are not Muslims?
...We will fight extremism... It is extremism that gave rise to terrorism... It is the avenue through which imperialism seeks to destroy us. And this is only the beginning. I insist on this because it is only the beginning. What is coming is worse.
He supports this somber warning by giving shocking information on more than 800 Burkinabè youth who are currently being indoctrinated in Arab countries so they can come back to terrorize their countrymen and countrywomen for foreign governments. He reveals:
We have identified more than a thousand young Burkinabè men who are currently in certain Arab countries studying something. According to the latest figures we have compiled, there are more than eight hundred... No one knows how they left. No one knows what they are doing...
Do you know what they are studying? Sharia, Islamic law, and Islamic jurisprudence. Not one of those eight hundred and some students has learned a single profession. Not one. Are they coming back here to implement Sharia? Do you see now why it is important to monitor those who leave? ...That is why I say that the most important phase still lies ahead of us. I will bring these people back. Anyone who refuses to return will no longer be Burkinabè.
...We must become conscious—and I am speaking about Africans in general, about Black people, about our history and our present situation. Because slavery has not ended. People are still practicing slavery. Did you know that? Even today, in 2026, Black people continue to be captured and sold. So they do not regard you as human beings; they see you as animals... But why should we behave like animals looking at them? No. I refuse that.
And all of us should refuse this too. We must wake up to what’s happening around us because as much as Burkina has made astounding progress to regain security over its country, the threats are incessant, and affect not just Burkina, but Mali and Niger as well (and frankly, all of Africa).
We must remain extremely vigilant and use our collective intelligence to counteract the relentless attacks on our sovereignty. As Prophet Neb Naba states, the spirit of evil does not give up. In Philosophy Podium, he further expands on this by noting:
The forces of evil are those that are dynamic and constantly in search of new territories to conquer…Evil is the most dynamic thing. It has a tendency to expand and occupy every space…(51)
The Islamization of our African youth is a clear example of this principle at work. Foreign Islamic states, not satisfied with the bountiful resources in their own territories, continue leading incursions in Africa, using the same old tricks they’ve been using for the last 2,000 years. They cause poverty and despair by perpetuating strings of violent attacks on our populations, and they return a few years or centuries later to recruit the descendants of the same people they destroyed. As disillusioned youth, these young recruits believe that they can escape their suffering and poverty by becoming bank-rolled mercenaries of these evil systems.
But to maintain a semblance of morality, and to justify their invasions, these evil Islamic states hide behind religion and seduce our men with delusions of moral grandeur. In this way, our African youth become tragic, denatured puppets who commit heinous crimes in the name of a foreign God.
All this further affirms the observations the Maakheru makes on the evil nature of modern religions:
…Religions have re-routed our attention towards “Gods” that are totally unknown to the history of humanity and equally unknown to the Divine World…A God we have created will forgive us every time we want. He will bless us in every one of our actions. He will lead our army to war. He will bless our crimes…he will find everything we think just and approve it, and he will curse our enemies. (52-53)
By instilling this war mentality in African youth, and teaching them about a foreign, non-Kemetic “God” who stands for violence, horror, and terrorism, the Islamic states of both the Middle East and North Africa are determined to infiltrate the whole continent and completely subjugate Black people. This form of spiritual and military warfare can be seen, not only in the Sahel but all over the continent where Islamist jihadist groups are popping up everywhere they discover vast amounts of natural resources underground.
For instance, the famous online chronicler, Les Textes de Camara Laye, reveals a chilling parallel between Burkina’s islamized mercernaries and the rise of Islamized terrorists in Mozambique (in southern Africa). He notes how Saudi Arabia issued scholarships to disenfranchised youth in Mozambique to come and study Sharia law in the early 2000s. Why ? Because massive amounts of natural gas were discovered in the northern Mozambican province of Cabo Delgado. The chronicler notes: “These significant reserves are estimated at nearly 5,000 billion cubic meters, making the country one of Africa’s richest in hydrocarbons.”
Normally, the discovery of this wealth should have been a blessing to both the Mozambique government and the local people of this province. However, these foreign Arabic states decided that they wanted these resources for themselves. And who was best placed to do their bidding ? The same Islamized Mozambican youth they had successfully brainwashed. These youths became terrorists in their own home, perpetrating violent jihadist attacks under the strategic leadership of Ahlu Sunna Waljama’a (ASWJ), a local militant group.
What should sadden us even more, is the fact that these Arab states show no sign of leaving Africa alone. Right now, as I write this, they are quietly installing Arabic schools in the most remote areas of African villages. For those youth they cannot seduce outside of the country, they decide to reach them directly by coming into our countries with Qurans in one hand and guns in the other. They use much of the same religious and psychological warfare tactics of European Christians and the Roman Catholic missionaries who invaded Africa in the colonial era, to advance their corrupt agenda.
Without a doubt, Africa is URGENTLY waiting for each and every one of us to become the modern heroes and heroines who will arm ourselves with our history and our Ancestral, Kemetic traditions in order to fight Seth and reclaim our father’s throne.
Why Kemet? Because the strongest social and civilizational structure in the history of the world was set up in Kemet. Our Ancestors built it once, which shows it can be built again. But if the children of Kemet do not return to these Kemetic foundations, and to the continent's Indigenous wisdom keepers, our failure is inevitable. As we have seen, there is no other way to resist the spirit of evil because we are living on wealthy lands that all the world's greedy powers covet, and we can only protect our lands by returning to the Kemetic Traditions that helped our Ancestors before us do the same.
Until then, we must understand that our curse is self-imposed, and we will continue to suffer from foreign spiritual, psychological, and military invasions. Of course, we can change the course of history once we decide to become preservers instead of destroyers. We can protect this Divine Garden that the Gods and Goddesses of this world put us in, if we understand that we must first protect ourselves from the evil that lives within us. And we can do this best by seeking out the Ancestral spiritual practices that helped our Ancestors restore balance between the forces of Heru and Seth, both within us, and in the world at large.

Either you choose to be a revolutionary and to defend Africa’s sovereignty, or you choose to be a vector of foreign ideologies, cursed by the house negro syndrome. Regardless, those of us who understand this mission will stop at nothing until we reclaim our minds, our lands, and our history back.
