Reconciling ancestral knowledge with the modern system: Is this imperative for African Identity survival? ​​

In the frantic race towards modernity, Africa finds itself today at a crossroads: moving resolutely towards progress without denying what constitutes the profound framework of its collective being. For while modernity builds, structures, and transforms, it is ancestral memory that gives meaning, direction, and coherence to African societies. The challenge is therefore no longer to choose between tradition and progress, but to intelligently orchestrate their coexistence, their dialogue, and their mutual enrichment. And it is at this level that the enlightened vision of associations like KEBTAH comes into play, associations that reject the erasure of identity and advocate for a conscious renaissance.
