Whatever we’ve planted, that’s what we’ll harvest. Don’t plant something and expect to harvest something else. Check what you’ve planted, that’s how you’ll be judged. Know what you want to grow before you plant.
In 2024, the agricultural chemical industry generated $396 billion in revenue. The pharmaceutical market generated about $1.7 trillion. These profit-above-all systems of the modern world erode sovereignty. It is not difficult to see that the future of our planet is being sold to the highest bidder. We are funding the drugging and poisoning of ourselves and our planet while complaining about pollution and environmental collapses like climate change. What today has become a full grown bush bringing economic fruits worth trillions, was once seeds of ambition, of dreams of possibilities. There are always other possibilities if we have the patience and fortitude to maintain the seedlings and small plants that will demand more of our attention than invasive plants that are making a few of us rich.
