When we talk about heroes, the first names that usually come to mind are Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr., Kwame Nkrumah, Thomas Sankara, and others like them. But what we often fail to recognize are the heroes who never step into the limelight, whose sacrifices are not publicly celebrated yet are felt across existence. Their choices, endurance and resistance still form the quiet bedrock of our human evolution. These are the real heroes.

It has been roughly 400 years since many of us were pushed away from reality and from what it truly means to be a human being in evolution.
